Read the Adventure MX Return Policy The Adventure MX return policy is simple. We accept all returns that meet the following conditions: Original packaging in good condition Please note that all items will have to include all original packaging in good condition. (Free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind) If Adventure MX receives your return with damages or missing the original packaging, the item will be rejected. Unused condition - Adventure MX is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged. Returns on electrical parts Like your local dealer, Adventure MX is unable to accept returns on all electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this condition - please contact us before returning electrical items. Sale Items - Adventure MX does not accept returns of items purchased on Sale or when the website was in Sale Mode. Restocking fees / Handling Fees - 15% fee will be applicable to all items that are returned for credit. Items Shipped Incorrectly - If one or more items have been shipped incorrectly, we will gladly assist you in rectifying the problem. Items being returned must be in it's original packaging and ready for collection. We will then inform our couriers to collect. Items Shipped Correctly - If a item(s) have been shipped correctly and you would like to exchange them, it will be your responsibility to get the items back to Adventure MX.
