Shipping
There are 2 options for shipping:

1. Courier Delivery / FLAT RATE = R251 (South Africa Only)
For this option we make use of "Time Freight" to deliver your order to the requested delivery address.
Once you receive your tracking number from Adventure MX it can take up to 3 working days to receive your order.  This will be applicable especially for outlying areas.
This option must be chosen for 3 or more items in your order unless the combined weight of the order is less then 2kg.
If your order consists of heavy / bulky items such as tyres, chains, sprockets or any single item that is more then 2kg, this option must be chosen.
PLEASE NOTE
Please make sure that you provide a Physical Address for Delivery.  If a Postal Address is provided the package will automatically be delivered to the closest Depot in your area/town.  The Package will be marked "Receiver To Collect".
If your delivery address should fall into a town or area that is not serviced by our Courier Company then the goods will be shipped via the Postal System or sent to the nearest Time Freight Depot in your area.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS / FLAT RATE (Postage by Airmail - R251)
We will gladly ship to our international customers.  For any package up to 2kg, the above option (R251) must be used.  Only this shipping option must be chosen.  The lower option is not applicable to international customers.  This option makes provision for your package to be sent by airmail.  Please ensure your Postal Address is correct with all the relevant codes so that your package will arrive at it's destination.  If you are going to make use of this option please make sure about the relative customs and exchange controls, and the documentation that would be required to receive your purchase.  Please use the customers comments box at the end of the check out process for any queries or information you need with regards to this issue.
For any package above 2kg we will need to give you a quote and instruct you accordingly.

2. Postal Delivery Only = PERCENTAGE ON TOTAL 20% (Economy-South Africa Only)
This option is geared for the smaller purchases or totals with the rate being more cost effective then the Flat Rate above.
Once this rate becomes higher then the Flat Rate then it will be better to choose the Flat Rate option.
Please ensure that your delivery address for this option is your Postal Address.
Once you receive your tracking number from Adventure MX it can take up to 5 working days to receive your order.  This will be applicable especially to outlying areas.
Customers can use this option for single items or orders that have a total weight of less then 2kg.
Customers only purchasing single items that weigh less than a 1kg should use this option.

Please Note
Once a tracking number has been issued and the goods have left the premises of Adventure MX, we will not be liable for damage, loss or theft.

COLLECTION OPTION
This option is only applicable to purchases that are COLLECTED from the premises of Adventure MX.
Use the option in the For Free Category to cancel out the Flat Rate (R251) option when you check your order out for final payment.
You are welcome to send YOUR OWN COURIERS to collect your purchase.
Please remember to bring a copy of your purchase document (Order) & proof of payment (EFT).
