Order Status
The Adventure MX On-Line Shop is operated on a very efficient basis.  Throughout the process, a specific status is assigned to the order so you can track and monitor what is happening.
To see what the status of your order means we have indicated them below:

PENDING - This means you have processed your order and the order needs to be accepted into the Adventure MX database system.

PROCESSING - This means the order has been accepted and the items you have purchased are being withdrawn from our stocks. Certain items may need to be withdrawn from our suppliers stock holding.  Your order could remain in this status for 2 - 4 working days.  Should it be longer then this, please do not hesitate to enquire about your order.

UNCLEARED - This means that your order is ready to be shipped but your payment has not been verified.

COMPLETED - This means that your order has been shipped and you should have received your tracking number from the system.

CANCELLED - This means you have requested Adventure MX to cancel your order!

DECLINED - This means that your order cannot be processed for certain reasons.  Please contact management!

Should you have any problems with regards to your order status please use the last email/order confirmation you received to make your enquiries.
Please make sure that your email contains your ORDER ID number.
